Xanthosoma Lindenii magnificum is a cousin of Diffenbachia.

Like Difffenbachia, it evolves well in a bright environment but without direct sun which could burn its leaves.

It likes a certain humidity in the soil, it will therefore be necessary to re-water when the first third of the soil is dry. However, be careful with over-watering, because like all other plants, it does not like soggy soil.

Be sure to carefully assess your plant's watering needs when you take possession of it. Before watering it the first time, check the moisture content of the soil to determine whether or not it is moist near the surface. It is also best to aerate the soil before watering it the very first time, as the soil is often compressed to prevent movement during transport. This allows the soil to breathe and release its moisture.

Rotate your plant periodically to promote even growth. Regularly clean the foliage so that it can carry out its photosynthesis. When dusting the leaves, inspect them from each side and watch for insects.
