Tradescantia zebrina is a beautiful trailing plant known for its exceptionally colourful foliage. Its leaves feature striking silver and green stripes combined with rich purple tones, while the undersides are typically violet to burgundy.

Its fast growth and naturally cascading habit make it an excellent choice for hanging baskets, shelves, and elevated planters.

Light:

Prefers bright, indirect light. Excellent light helps maintain the beautiful silver, green, and purple colouring of the foliage. It tolerates medium light but may become greener and lose some of its contrast. Some gentle direct sunlight can be beneficial.

Water:
Allow the top few centimeters of soil to dry between waterings. Water thoroughly and allow excess water to drain. Avoid keeping the growing medium constantly wet.

Adapts well to normal household humidity. Moderate humidity can be beneficial, but avoid keeping the foliage constantly wet.
