Scindapsus pictus ‘Exotica’ is a beautiful tropical trailing plant known for its large, velvety, heart-shaped leaves. Its deep green foliage features extensive silver and metallic markings, creating an especially striking contrast.

It can be grown as a trailing plant or trained to climb a stake or other support.

Light:

Prefers bright, indirect light. It tolerates medium light, but brighter conditions encourage stronger growth and help maintain the beautiful silver markings. Avoid intense direct sunlight. 

Water:
Allow the top few centimeters of soil to dry between waterings. Water thoroughly and allow excess water to drain. Avoid keeping the growing medium constantly wet.

Appreciates moderate to high humidity but generally adapts well to normal household conditions.

Good to know:

‘Exotica’ is distinguished from other Scindapsus pictus varieties by its generally larger leaves and extensive silver markings. It is commonly called Satin Pothos, although it is not a true Pothos of the Epipremnum genus.
