Green Schefflera arboricola is a classic tropical plant prized for its glossy, deep-green, abundant foliage. Its leaflets radiate around the stems in distinctive umbrella-like clusters, creating a dense and elegant appearance.

More compact than Schefflera Amate, it adapts easily to a variety of spaces and can be grown as a bushy plant or trained into a small tree.

Light:

Prefers bright, indirect light but tolerates medium light well. The solid-green variety generally handles lower-light conditions better than variegated Scheffleras. Avoid intense direct sunlight.

Water:
Allow the top few centimeters of soil to dry between waterings. Water thoroughly and allow excess water to drain. Avoid keeping the growing medium constantly wet.

Appreciates moderate humidity but generally adapts very well to normal household conditions.

Good to know:

Unlike Gold Capella, Trinette, and other variegated varieties, Green Schefflera arboricola has solid-green foliage without yellow or cream variegation. It can be regularly pruned to maintain a compact shape and encourage fuller, more branched growth.
