Philodendron Lemon Lime is a beautiful climbing and trailing tropical plant that stands out for its exceptionally bright foliage. New leaves often emerge in vibrant lemon-yellow tones before developing into beautiful lime-green to chartreuse shades.

Its long, flexible stems make it ideal for hanging planters, shelves, or trained vertically on a support.

Light:

Prefers bright, indirect light. It can tolerate medium light, but brighter conditions encourage stronger growth, fuller foliage, and beautiful colouring. Avoid intense direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.

Water:
Allow the top few centimeters of soil to dry between waterings. Water thoroughly and allow excess water to drain. Avoid keeping the growing medium constantly wet, as Philodendrons are sensitive to overwatering and root rot.

Appreciates moderate to high humidity but generally adapts well to normal household conditions. Avoid very dry locations and direct sources of heat.

Good to know:

Unlike the classic green Cordatum, Lemon Lime naturally produces much brighter foliage in shades of lemon yellow, chartreuse, and lime green. Colouring can vary depending on leaf age and light conditions. It can be grown either trailing or climbing on a support.
