Peperomia Rosso is a beautiful compact tropical plant known for its striking and highly contrasting foliage. Its narrow, deeply textured leaves are dark green on top, while the undersides display a beautiful red to burgundy colouring.

Its dense, compact growth and rich colours make it an excellent decorative plant for desks, shelves, and smaller spaces.

Light:

Prefers bright, indirect light. Good lighting encourages compact growth and helps maintain the attractive red tones of the foliage. Avoid intense direct sunlight.

Water:

 Allow the top few centimeters of soil to dry between waterings. Avoid keeping the growing medium constantly wet, as Peperomia are sensitive to overwatering. Excellent drainage is recommended.  

Appreciates moderate humidity but generally adapts very well to normal household conditions.

Good to know:

Peperomia Rosso is easily distinguished from many other Ripple Peperomia by its longer, pointed leaves arranged in a rosette, with deeply textured dark green upper surfaces and contrasting red to burgundy undersides. It may also produce slender flower spikes above the foliage.
