The Oncidium Orchid is an elegant and spectacular orchid prized for its long flower spikes covered with numerous delicate blooms. Often called the “Dancing Lady Orchid” because of the distinctive shape of its flowers, it brings an exotic, light, and refined touch to any home or office.

 Please note: Colors and varieties are assorted based on availability. Flower color, shape and quantity, as well as plant height and blooming stage, may naturally vary from one plant to another. Light:

Prefers bright, indirect light. Some gentle morning or late-afternoon sun can be beneficial, but avoid intense direct sunlight that could scorch the foliage.

Water:
Water when the growing medium begins to dry. Oncidiums generally prefer slightly more frequent watering than Phalaenopsis orchids. Water thoroughly and allow all excess water to drain. Never allow the plant to sit in water.

Appreciates moderate to high humidity with good air circulation. It generally adapts well to bright indoor conditions.

Good to know:

Oncidiums can produce long, highly branched flower spikes carrying an abundance of small flowers. After flowering, do not remove healthy green pseudobulbs: they store water and energy and help support new growth and future blooms.
