The Oleander (Nerium oleander) is a spectacular Mediterranean shrub often trained into an elegant tree form, prized for its long green foliage and especially its abundant, colorful flowers. Depending on the variety, flowers may be pink, white, red, salmon, yellow, or cream, with single or double blooms.

Light:

Loves bright light and performs best in full sun. Several hours of direct sunlight each day encourage vigorous growth and abundant flowering.

Water:
Water thoroughly when the top few inches of soil begin to dry, especially during hot weather and active flowering. Make sure the container has excellent drainage and avoid standing water. 

Normal ambient humidity is perfectly suitable. Oleander appreciates good air circulation and is particularly well adapted to warm, sunny conditions.
