The Fatsia japonica ‘Variegata’ is a beautiful plant known for its large, glossy, deeply lobed leaves decorated with striking variegation. Depending on the variety, the foliage can display different combinations of green, white, cream, and sometimes yellow. Light:

Thrives in medium to bright indirect light. Variegated varieties generally appreciate more light than solid-green Fatsia to maintain their beautiful coloration. Avoid intense direct sunlight. 

Water:
Water when the top few inches of soil begin to dry. Keep the soil slightly moist but well drained. Avoid overwatering and never allow the roots to remain constantly waterlogged.

Appreciates moderate to high humidity but generally adapts well to normal household conditions.

Good to know:

Every variegated Fatsia can display very different patterns. Some leaves may be primarily green with small cream markings, while others may develop much more pronounced variegation.
