The Crassula ovata ‘Variegata’ is a beautiful variegated form of the popular Jade Plant. Its thick, fleshy leaves display a striking combination of green, cream, and pale yellow, sometimes developing delicate pink or reddish margins when exposed to plenty of light. As it matures, its stems become woody, giving the plant the elegant appearance of a miniature tree.

Light:

Thrives in very bright light and enjoys several hours of direct or gentle sunlight each day. Excellent lighting encourages strong, compact growth.

Water:
Allow the soil to dry completely between waterings. Then water thoroughly and allow all excess water to drain. Reduce watering significantly during the winter months.

Prefers low humidity and adapts very well to normal household or office conditions. 

Good to know:

Each Variegated Jade leaf can display a slightly different combination of green and cream, giving every plant a unique appearance. With plenty of light, the leaf margins may also develop beautiful pinkish tones.
