Summer Holidays
Vertuose will be taking a little summer break from August 18 to September 8.
Deliveries and pickups will resume on September 10.
To receive your order before our holidays, please place your order no later than August 12 before noon.
Our online store will remain open and accessible throughout the holiday period, so you can continue to shop and place orders. Please note, however, that no new orders will be shipped or delivered during this time.
Our plant maintenance services will continue as usual throughout our vacation period.

Return policy
- No exchange or refund on natural plants.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns on final sale items.
- Items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase with the receipt.
- Items returned with an original receipt will be exchanged or refunded by the original payment method.
- In delivery cases, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days so that we can rectify the situation.
- Any item purchased on line and to be picked up at the store must be collected within 30 days of the said transaction. Beyond this delay, item(s) will be credited.
- Returned items involving a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded up to the amount shown on the gift receipt in the form of a merchandise credit.
